Superintendent Iddrisu Issifu Tanko, District Commander at Mile 7 Police, reiterated calls on Private Security Personnel to see themselves as partners to the Personnel of the Ghana Police Service.
Sup. Issifu Tanko made this call when he addressed participants of the second bi-annual staff durbar of G7 Security Systems on September 21, 2016 at the Headquarters of G7 Security Systems.\
He stated that both institutions are mandated to enforce law and order in the country and thus the need for maximum cooperation. He said private security companies are supposed to complement the work of the Police service.
He urged the security officers to take the profession seriously and focus on things that can propel them to higher heights.
He assured them of his unit’s preparedness to make themselves available anytime they are called upon.
