The Management of G7 Security Systems, as part of their measures to improve on their service delivery, organised their Annual Workshop for their staff on Saturday February 14, 2015.
The workshop, which was held at the executive conference room of Korkdam Hotel, Achimota, commenced from 10:00hrs to 17:00hrs. Mr. Philip Kennedy Yaro, Consultant at Brems Consult and Mr. Yen Sapark, C E O of Training Solutions Ghana, two very experienced and knowledge-filled consultants, were the Resource Persons for the training.
The Managing Director of G7 Security Systems, Mr. Mac-Reuben Kumah, in his opening statements noted that the workshop was organized to equip staff with deeper insight into quality service delivery in order to give clients of G7 maximum satisfaction. He admonished all participants to take everything seriously so that they could impact the knowledge acquired onthe guards at post. He revealed plans are far advanced to organise a durbar for the guards as well.
The resource persons took participants through various well-chosen topics like Customer satisfaction, Customer service skills, Quality service delivery, the Value of the customer, among others.
Participants included Directors, Office staff, Regional Managers, Supervisors, Operations Management, Coordinators, Investigations etc.
