G7 Security Systems Ltd. has held its Annual National Staff Workshop for the year 2016 on Saturday February 6, 2016 at the Conference room of Korkdam Hotel, Achimota.
This workshop, which is held every year, is aimed at bringing Management Staff across the ten Regions of Ghana together to deliberate on issues that will help improve on our service delivery across the country.
The Workshop which was under the theme, “MAKING G7 VISIBLE AND ATTRACTIVE”, was attended by the Managing Director, General Manager, Operations Manager, all Regional Managers, Quality Assurance Officers, Marketing, Accounts, Investigations, Public Relations, Technical and other Management Staff.
The Managing Director, Mr. Mac-Reuben Kumah, in his exposition on the Theme emphasized on the need to attach a certain level of seriousness to whatever we do. He outlined the key factors to make us Visible and Attractive as Integrity, Loyalty, Initiative, Courtesy, Smartness, Courageous and Discipline. Director concluded with this advice to everyone “If you don’t get it right from the beginning, you will get it wrong altogether” and urged us to take everything we do seriously.
Management Consultant and Trainer, Mr. Yen Sapark was in attendance to offer training on Anti-Terrorism Awareness.
