Philip Atsiasa, a Police Officer, and Dr. Yen Sapark, a Consultant, graced the occasion and spoke to the guards on diverse issues ranging from the similarities and significance of both Government and Private Security Agencies to quality service delivery and the need for our guards to brand and project the image of G7 Security Systems positively to the public.
A Welfare Fund creation was also discussed and representatives elected to manage the Fund on their behalf. Basic First Aid training was also provided to the guards.
Managing Director, Mac-Reuben Kumah, in his address, stressed on the need for Security Officers to recognize and accept their value and importance. He reiterated the fact that security personnel need to be very professional in their service delivery and urged them to see themselves as security people with the duty and responsibility to protect life and property at all times above any other thing.
SNNIT Officials were around and registered those who were not registered for SNNIT.
The third quarter Staff Durbar for the Night guards will take place soon.
