G7 Security Systems has held its annual Management durbar at their Head Office at New Achimota, Accra on Saturday November 9, 2019.
The durbar, which aimed at analyzing the year under review and also making projections for 2020, was attended by all Management staff including Regional Managers nationwide. Modules discussed included Quality Management Standards, Client Relations and Supervision amongst others.
Speaking at the durbar, Managing Director of G7 Security, Mac-Reuben Kumah, urged all managers to make the client their number one priority. According to him, nothing must be placed above the interest and call of the client. He said clients must be given utmost attention whenever they call for whatever reason.
General Manager, Kofi Jakper Kakariba, also emphasized on the need for proper supervision and urged all managers to maintain connectivity with personnel on the field at all times.
Managers pledged their support to give out their best in order to keep raising the standard of private security in Ghana.
