G7 Security Systems has held its first bi-annual staff durbar on Saturday May 28, 2016 at its Head Office at Achimota.
The durbar, which was under the theme “Making G7 Visible and Attractive”, was attended by day guards within the Accra Zone.
General Manager who addressed participants on behalf of the Managing Director, Mac-Reuben Kumah, stressed on the need for Security Officers to adapt the spirit of ownership and also create close relationships with the Clients.
The Public Relations Officer who was also the convener of the program also addressed the security officers about the importance of being security conscious at all times so as to protect themselves as well as the life and property of the Clients. She urged them to shun away from practices that will put both their lives and that of the Clients in danger at all times.
The guards were taken through Self Defense Training by the Operations Manager and Training and Development Officer.
First Atlantic Bank Officials were around and opened Accounts for the guards.
The second part of the Staff Durbar will take place soon for Day guards.
