G7 COVID-19 MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR DEPLOYED PERSONNEL
As the spread and impact of the Corona virus (COVID-19) continues around the globe, the health and safety of all G7 Security Systems employees, business partners, contractors, and visitors remain our top priority. Accordingly, G7 Security Systems is taking practical steps to keep its employees as well as clients healthy and reduce the risk of contracting or spreading the Corona virus (COVID-19). As such, the following protocols are for security guards at post:
-
Guards shall strictly comply with all of the client’s COVID-19 protocols and ensure that all other people who visit the client also fully comply with the protocols.
-
Ensure they wear a clean nose mask at all times while on duty in a public place.
-
Two or more guards at a post shall not eat together nor share any other item.
-
Guards are to be extra vigilant, monitor and immediately report any suspicious character.
-
Guards are reminded to observe carefully the position and size of people’s ears as well as the shape of their forehead for purposes of identification.
-
Guards must not get too close and bend down to speak to someone in a vehicle. They must maintain a distance of, at least, four (4) feet apart.
-
Guards are to strictly ensure “No Mask, No Entry” protocol at their location.
-
A guard who feels feverish or shows signs of flu whilst at post should immediately contact their Supervisors for immediate replacement.
-
When a guard tests positive for COVID-19, the entire guard post shall be immediately disinfected before a new guard takes over the manning of the location.
-
If a guard is detected to have contracted COVID-19, then, the Security Manager must now use access control and video surveillance systems to trace their previous interactions with others over the last 14 days.
NOTE:
G7 Security Systems has an Action Team in place devoted to establishing the manners in which we protect and support people, share information, reduce the potential for the spread of the
virus among the guard force, and support the continuity of our operations. Besides, the team pays unscheduled visits to all locations to observe and report on guards’ compliance with the COVID-19 protocols while at post.
