MWO Neequaye Emmanuel (Rtd) is a dynamic security professional with accomplished law enforcement / corporate security career that spans over 27 years and combines experience, specialized knowledge and achievement in areas of Asset Protection, Criminal Investigation, Intelligence Analysis, Covert Surveillance, Industrial Safety, Security Audit & Vulnerability Assessment, Emergency Planning & Crisis Management, Team Leadership, and Peacebuilding & Conflict Management.

He joined the Ghana Armed Forces in the year August 1978, and was posted to the 4 Training Battalion in Kumasi where he served four years. He was later on posted to the Military Academy and Training Schools in Teshie where he worked at two different Units including the Ghana Army Combat Training School, and received quality practical tutelage from astute military officers with expertise across different fields of Military Tactics, Drills and Duties and Weapons Handling. He was then sent to the United States Army Sergeant Majors Academy where he pursued a Diploma course in Military Studies. He was appointed as the Command Sergeant of Military Academy and Training Schools, and subsequently appointed as the Master Warrant Officer, the Sergeant Major of the Ghana Armed Forces.

MWO Emmanuel Neequaye’s military experience in UN Peace Keeping Operations in Lebanon, Rwanda, Liberia, Sierra leone and Congo also gives him an in-depth knowledge and analysis of security threats and every tactical measure of addressing them.

After lawfully exiting the Ghana Army, he studied at Wisconsin University where he gained a Diploma certificate in Security Management and Human Psychology. He worked with Surfline Communications Limited as the Security Coordinator, prior to his appointment as the Operations Manager of G7 Security Systems, he was the Head of Security at the Telecom Company.

Emmanuel Ahumah Ocansey is an ex Prisons Officer who is a goal oriented individual who works well on own initiative and demonstrates high level of motivation to meet deadlines. He has a very rich experience with regards to expert in training and drill instructions. This experience he obtained from his several years in the Ghana Prisons Service, coupled with several years of experience in the private security industry. He was recruited into the Ghana Prisons Service as a Warrant Officer in 1984 and underwent several courses including Professional Corporals Course, Drill & Duty Course and Intelligence Gathering Course among others.

Emmanuel possesses strong instructional design skills, and is able to create meaningful and engaging training materials. He has various diverse training methodologies. He is currently the Operations Coordinator of G7.

An energetic, trustworthy, and focused professional with the emotional maturity to handle challenging business and organizational issues.

Prior to her current role as Human Resource Manager of G7 Security Systems Ltd, she served as a Junior Assistant Registrar at Christ Apostolic University College, Kumasi-Ghana, and doubled as a Part-Time Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration.

Hannah holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Organizational Development from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana (2022). During her studies, she conducted significant research projects, including an Investigation into the Implication of Emotional Intelligence and Social Competence on Organizational Effectiveness in some Private Tertiary Educational Institutions. This research is particularly relevant to managing a diverse workforce in a Security company, where understanding and addressing employee needs is crucial for maintaining high performance and morale. Her research on emotional intelligence and social dynamics, along with her focus on organizational development and strategic planning, ensures her contribution to the continuous improvement and growth of the company.

Before this, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (General Management) from Christ Apostolic University College (CAUC), Kumasi, Ghana (2017) where she also explored Entrepreneurial Education as a Tool for Reducing Graduate Unemployment in Ghana.

Hannah is also an active member of a Strategic Human Resources Professionals Association Platform, where she engages with other HR professionals to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Her fluency in both English and Twi allows her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Outside of her professional life, she volunteers for local community development projects, demonstrating her dedication to giving back to her community.

Her academic background, combined with her extensive experience in office management, administrative practices, lecturing and human resource management, equips her with the skills necessary to handle complex organizational issues and develop effective HR strategies.

Barnabas Clement-Anchebah is a dedicated and diligent professional with a strong drive for success. He is purpose-oriented, eager to excel, and committed to achieving excellence in all tasks assigned to him, contributing to both organizational goals and personal development.

Barnabas holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in Accra and a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Central University in Miosto-Prampram.

Barnabas brings approximately seven years of experience as a Credit Analyst from his previous role at SIC Life Savings and Loans. He is currently the Account Officer (Receivables), with G7 Security Systems Limited.

Henry is a results-driven Marketing Officer with over ten (10) years of experience in establishing and executing diverse sales & marketing strategies. He is versatile in digital marketing, brand development, market research, and team leadership.

Henry has the Ability in analyzing market trends and customer insights to drive growth and achieve business objectives. He is strong communicator with focus on data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer engagement across multiple platforms.
Henry holds a Masters degree in Information Technology Education from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelors degree in Science Education from the University of Education, Winneba.

He has worked as a Branch Manager with various Insurance companies including Sanlam Insurance, Allianz Insurance and Metropolitan Life Insurance. Prior to that, Henry was the Territory Business Manager for RLG Communications in Cape Coast. He is currently the Marketing Officer of G7 Security Systems Limited.

Henry Amafo is a hard working young man with high driven passion for success. He is well-focused,ready to learn, very good communicator, receptive and aim at achieving excellence in task assigned to me for the fulfilment of organizational goals and for self enhancement.

Henry has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Henry has worked with various institutions including Stanbic Bank as a Teller, Dalex Finance as a Territory Sales Manager, and Care international (NGO) as a Data and Capacity Building Assistant among others. He also work with Dream International School as a Headmaster from where he joined G7 Security Systems Limited as a Quality Assurance Officer.

Christ Necku is dedicated to Goal Achievement, Professionalism and has excellent communication skills. He has a proven ability to effectively lead teams and projects to successful completion.

He is a graduate of Christ Apostolic University College (Affiliated to University of Cape Coast) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and has over five years experience in the Field of General Management.

Christ has worked in various capacities in previous Institutions such as Rich Oil & Gas, and the Multimedia Group. His commitment and dedication to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, lead quality improvement initiatives, manage teams for efficient service delivery led him to G7 Security Services Ltd as a Quality Assurance Officer.

W. O1 Denis Arthur (Rtd.) is a retired experienced Military Officer who is an expert in training and drill instructions and works well on own initiative and demonstrates high level of motivation to meet deadlines.

He is an embodiment of discipline and military bearing. His experience from his several years in the Ghana Ghana Armed Forces helps in shaping the behavior of the security guards before and after deployment.

W.O1 Dennis Arthur (Rtd.) was recruited into the Ghana Armed Forces in 1987, and rose through the ranks to become a Warrant Officer (W.O) Class One and undertook several courses including a Commando Course with the US Military. He is currently the Regional Manager for Tema Zone.

W.O1 Samuel Eyison is a retired Military Officer from the Ghana Armed Forces. He joined the Ghana Armed Forces in 1975 where served in various capacities till he retired in 2006 as a Warrant Officer (W.O) Class One. W.O1 Samuel Eyison served on several UN missions including UNFIL, UNAMSIL, UNAMIL among others. He is a disciplinarian who imparts utmost professionalism in the security officers. He is currently an Operations Coordinator of G7 Security Systems.

Selorm Claude Tetteh is a highly motivated, excellent communicator, well-presented individual with an Executive Certificate in Security Management, Forensics and Investigation Psychology from Wisconsin International University College. He also has a certificate in TSA Regulation from United States where he did Interviewer Course in Security and Profiler Program Refresher Training. He has worked with various institutions including Pathfinder International, American Tower Corporation (Ghana) Limited, Premium Brand Company and is currently a Quality Assurance Officer / Area Manager for G7 Security Systems Ltd.
