MWO Neequaye Emmanuel (Rtd) is a dynamic security professional with accomplished law enforcement / corporate security career that spans over 27 years and combines experience, specialized knowledge and achievement in areas of Asset Protection, Criminal Investigation, Intelligence Analysis, Covert Surveillance, Industrial Safety, Security Audit & Vulnerability Assessment, Emergency Planning & Crisis Management, Team Leadership, and Peacebuilding & Conflict Management.
He joined the Ghana Armed Forces in the year August 1978, and was posted to the 4 Training Battalion in Kumasi where he served four years. He was later on posted to the Military Academy and Training Schools in Teshie where he worked at two different Units including the Ghana Army Combat Training School, and received quality practical tutelage from astute military officers with expertise across different fields of Military Tactics, Drills and Duties and Weapons Handling. He was then sent to the United States Army Sergeant Majors Academy where he pursued a Diploma course in Military Studies. He was appointed as the Command Sergeant of Military Academy and Training Schools, and subsequently appointed as the Master Warrant Officer, the Sergeant Major of the Ghana Armed Forces.
MWO Emmanuel Neequaye’s military experience in UN Peace Keeping Operations in Lebanon, Rwanda, Liberia, Sierra leone and Congo also gives him an in-depth knowledge and analysis of security threats and every tactical measure of addressing them.
After lawfully exiting the Ghana Army, he studied at Wisconsin University where he gained a Diploma certificate in Security Management and Human Psychology. He worked with Surfline Communications Limited as the Security Coordinator, prior to his appointment as the Operations Manager of G7 Security Systems, he was the Head of Security at the Telecom Company.
