G7 Security Systems has held its annual Staff Training Workshop on Saturday April 27, 2017 at Korkdam Hotel, Achimota-Accra.
Modules treated include, “The Organizational Man”, ‘The Business Environment”, Corporate Branding / Client Relations, Employee Loyalty and Commitment, Winning in Competitive Markets, amongst others.
Mr. Ken Yaro, a Management Consult, who was the resource person for the workshop, stressed on the need for Management not to compromise on professionalism for whatever reason. He urged Management to enforce high level of discipline among security officers on the field. He further tasked them to know their clients and how to manage them. He said the appearance of the security personnel must be taken care of at all times.
He said it is important for Management to know the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the company so as to be able to position themselves well in the competitive market.
Managing Director of G7 Security Systems, Mr. Mac-Reuben Kumah, thanked participants and expressed his profound appreciation to all and sundry for whatever role they play in the success of the company so far. He emphasized on the importance for Ghanaian employees to help build Ghanaian Companies to strive and succeed by representing their various companies positively and effectively wherever they find themselves.
He urged everyone to be committed and loyal to whatever they do.
The workshop, which was under the theme; PROMOTING G7 AS A BRAND, was attended by the Managing Director, General Manager, Operations Manager, Quality Assurance Officers, Marketing, Public Relations Officers, Investigations, all Regional Managers, among others.
